Terms of Service.
The agreement between you and Kyber AI Technologies LLC.
Effective 2 November 2026.
1. Who you are contracting with
These terms are an agreement between you and Kyber AI Technologies LLC, a Utah limited liability company at 41 N Rio Grande Street, Suite 102, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101, United States. We call it "Kyber", "we" or "us". We call you "you".
2. Accepting these terms
You accept these terms when you create an account or use the service. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. If you accept them for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind that organisation.
3. What the service is
Kyber gives your AI assistant access to a library of skills. A skill is a set of written instructions that an assistant reads and follows. We give you an endpoint that your assistant connects to, search over the library, and the text of each skill.
We may add, change or remove skills at any time. The library changes every week. We do not promise that any one skill will stay available.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials and your connection tokens secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has access.
One account is for one person. Do not share an account or a connection token. Team and organisation plans give each person their own seat.
5. Plans, payment and renewal
Paddle is our merchant of record. Paddle.com Market Ltd sells the subscription to you, takes payment, issues the invoice, and collects and files sales tax. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's buyer terms. We never receive your card details.
Plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancel at any time in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and your access continues until then.
We may change our prices. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects your renewal.
6. Free trials
A trial needs a valid payment method. At the end of the trial we charge the plan price unless you cancel first. One trial for each customer.
7. Skills, licences and intellectual property
We own the service, the website and the way the library is organised and ranked. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and to read and follow skills while your plan is active.
Skills come from many sources. Some we wrote. Some are open source and carry their own licence. Where a skill carries its own licence, that licence governs your use of that skill, and it may be stricter than this agreement. You are responsible for obeying it.
You may not resell the library, redistribute it in bulk, or use it to train a model or to build a competing library.
You keep ownership of anything you create using the service. If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it without obligation to you.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send malware, attack any system, work around a plan limit or a rate limit, or probe our infrastructure without our written permission. Do not use the service to build anything designed to cause harm.
9. AI output
A skill is instructions for an AI assistant. The assistant produces the output, not us. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. Check it before you rely on it, especially for anything legal, medical, financial or safety related. You decide what to do with the output, and you are responsible for that decision.
10. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise any particular level of uptime. We may take it down for maintenance. We offer no service level agreement on any plan described on this website.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your payment fails, or if we must do so to obey the law or to protect the service or other customers. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first.
When this agreement ends, your right to use the service ends. Sections 7, 12, 13, 14 and 15 survive.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any skill will produce a particular result.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 100 US dollars.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against any claim arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, your breach of a skill's own licence, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
15. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts of Salt Lake County, Utah and the United States District Court for the District of Utah, and each of us waives any objection to venue there.
If you are a consumer, this section does not take away any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and it does not stop you bringing a claim in your local courts where that law gives you that right.
16. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. For a change that materially reduces your rights, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email. Using the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
17. The whole agreement
These terms, with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent. We may transfer it to a successor in a merger or sale.
